- Main water shutoff located and labeled
- Main electrical panel accessible and labeled
- Laundry hookups — connections tight, no leaks
- Dryer vent clear
Handoff & Keys
- All keys inventoried and transferred

- Lease packet and welcome info provided to tenant
- Utility transfer instructions provided
- Security deposit amount documented
